Banbury Park's serviced apartments will be situated in the main building in the heart of the village. This will be an architecturally designed building with character, charm and functionality. It will include a restaurant, cafe, hairdressing salon, indoor swimming pool, movie theatre, spa, gymnasium, bakery, and bar – along with a wellness centre.

There will be a range of different apartment sizes and configurations offering three service packages with increasing levels of care. Each apartment is secured under an Occupation Right Agreement.

Banbury Park offers Spritely remote healthcare monitors in all independent homes. This award-winning telehealth device allows residents to record and track their vitals, such as blood pressure, temperature, weight, oxygen levels and more.

Banbury also has a state-of-the-art resthome and hospital-level care centre, with spacious 25m² and 30m² suites, each with an outside private deck.

There is a separate, single-level specialised dementia centre with large care suites, all leading to private decks and extensive outside gardens.

Spritely

Banbury Park offers Spritely remote healthcare monitors for intermediate care in independent homes and apartments. The award winning telehealth device allows residents to track their vitals such as blood pressure, temperature, weight, oxygen levels... and record symptoms.

It also allows residents to keep connected to the village with live updates, notices and video calls with neighbours.
